Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include the following:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the original complainant and notify them that the content will be restored unless they file a court action to restrain the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
